Our tours start with an open ocean ride where you have a 15 minutes “FREEDOM RIDE” in a big open area. From there, we start our Jetski / Waverunner Tour by touring the following: World Famous Islamorada Sandbar Under the Whale Harbor Bridge MANGROVE TUNNELS Another 15 – 20 minute “FREEDOM RIDE” and a “DIP” (swim) on the calm water of the Gulf Side (Bay Side) where you will be surrounded by Mangroves Bud N’ Mary’s Marina Islamorada Coastline (ocean side) Long relaxing ride back to the marina Please note: Due to riding ability and water/weather conditions Tour might be adjusted.

Best Experience for Family!!!

Definitely worth the time and money! Great experience with family…Thomas was our guide and he constantly made sure everyone was fine and having a good time. Great and friendly staff!!!!

Very enjoyable

Thomas was our guide and he did a fantastic job! We rode on the Jetski together and followed him through the Mangroves and all over.

A Great Way to get out on the water

My wife and I did the tour with Isaac and crew and they were awesome! They all were polite knowledgeable and helpful! We did everything the tour offered and even got to see a manatee at the sandbar! It was rough out in the ocean but Isaac kept us comfortable by matching speed with us which was alot slower than these skis go. I'm not sure if there is a better crew working for FKWS but this was a great experience for us.

WARNING and BEWARE

WARNING and BEWARE! We reserved two jet skis for 4 people for the 1.5 hour "See It All" guided tour and paid cash. We were given instructions on how to use the jet skis and told to go out for 10 minutes to try them out and get comfortable before heading out with our guide. Two of us were not comfortable out in the water as it was very choppy and rough. We had anxiety and did not feel safe to go out, therefore stayed back. Since we had just paid cash, we asked to get a refund, but we were told we had to e-mail their customer service to request the refund as they could not give us our cash back. It's been a lot of e-mails back and forth to try to get some kind of refund since we actually were only out for 10 minutes on the jet skis. They have agreed to give us $150 credit to go back. Since we are tourists and not from the area, we are unsure if we will even get to use the credit in the future. If the water is rough, do not attempt to go out. The two of us that did go out on the tour were disappointed as we did not see much other than one mangrove. We did not see the following as advertised: World Famous Islamorada Sandbar Under the Whale Harbor Bridge MANGROVE TUNNELS “DIP” (swim) on the calm water of the Gulf Side (Bay Side) where you will be surrounded by Mangroves Bud N’ Mary’s Marina
