Our tours start with an open ocean ride where you have a 15 minutes “FREEDOM RIDE” in a big open area. From there, we start our Jetski / Waverunner Tour by touring the following:

We reserved two jet skis for 4 people for the 1.5 hour "See It All" guided tour and paid cash.
We were given instructions on how to use the jet skis and told to go out for 10 minutes to try them out and get comfortable before heading out with our guide.
Two of us were not comfortable out in the water as it was very choppy and rough. We had anxiety and did not feel safe to go out, therefore stayed back.
Since we had just paid cash, we asked to get a refund, but we were told we had to e-mail their customer service to request the refund as they could not give us our cash back. It's been a lot of e-mails back and forth to try to get some kind of refund since we actually were only out for 10 minutes on the jet skis. They have agreed to give us $150 credit to go back. Since we are tourists and not from the area, we are unsure if we will even get to use the credit in the future. If the water is rough, do not attempt to go out.
The two of us that did go out on the tour were disappointed as we did not see much other than one mangrove. We did not see the following as advertised:
